Andrew DeSanto & Robert Ozzimo - Harcourts Epping

1) Why did you choose to join Harcourts?

We chose to join Harcourts because we believe they are at the forefront of Real Estate technology. Being such a major part of listing and selling Real Estate, these days we couldn't find any other brand anywhere near as advanced. Harcourts Technology, includes Listing systems, client management and property campaign management.

Being involved with other Real Estate brands in the past we have had database systems, but nowhere near as advanced as the Harcourts One System.

2) What was your first impression of Harcourts?

At first Harcourts struck me as a great brand that had a clean professional image and a fantastic culture made up of passionate people. It really does feel like we are part of one big family, all working together to help grow the brand.

3) How will Harcourts benefit your business moving forward?

Today it is the fastest growing Real Estate brand in Australasia. This record of stability, security, tradition, experience and success is attributed to our Harcourts business moving forward.

4) How do you compare the level of support offered by Harcourts Head Office?

Harcourts Head Office has been a huge help, the fact that there is a professional in each field to assist and help us on all facets of running a successful real estate business. They specialise in recruitment, training, marketing, finance, business and staff management. E.g Coming from a sales background we had very little knowledge of property management. Without the help of Emma (Property Management Co-ordinator) we don't think we would have been able to progress so quickly like we have. It hasn't been just lets sign up a franchise agreement and off you go, corporate is constantly in contact with us to see how they can help in any way.

5) What do you think of the training offered by Harcourts?

I believe the Harcourts Academy accredited trainers provide fantastic programs for continuing professional development for principals, managers and their staff to ensure that listing, selling and property management skills are maintained and improved.
After sending staff to attend the programs they are always coming back to the office motivated to put what they have learned into practice.

6) What is your favourite Harcourts tool/service or product?

Definately the Harcourts One System.

Archie Mantsos - Harcourts Wantirna

1) Why did you choose to join Harcourts?
The decision to join Harcourts was multi-faceted the obvious being superior technology, broader resources and great marketing. A key highlight was the people behind Harcourts ie. The quality of the corporate team and the harmonious dynamics between the offices. Marguerite Foxall's support has to be highlighted she is a great ambassador.

2) What was your first impression of Harcourts?
My first impression was there fast rate of growth and expansion both nationally and internationally. This arose my curiosity along with their reputation for advanced technologies and e-marketing.

3) How will Harcourts benefit your business moving forward?
Excellent infrastructure at a corporate level means support is only a phone call away. Their great systems and quality training through their academy will ensure we have the tools to make a quick impact.

4) How do you compare the level of support offered by Harcourts Head Office?
Having been a part of many of the recognised names in the Victorian real estate landscape I can assure you the level of support from Harcourts Head Office has been outstanding. Members of the corporate team would comfortably be in communication 4 times a day to offering their support on various aspects of the business. As people they are great, well-grounded and fun. They’ve set a hard bar for others to match.

5) What do you think of the training offered by Harcourts?
Having a recognised academy means a quality consistent training process for continual growth for all personnel. It’s not ad hoc like most franchises but a pre-planned training program with quality facilitation to promote real effectiveness.
6) What is your favourite Harcourts tool/service or product?

Overall it's the technology and systems, making anyone a much better agent with their use and support.
